Java (Android)
I had a chance learning Java at my university (VGU). However, it was a short course and we did not get into building any significant project. Java came back to me when I started building the robotic arms at AKB Machinery. We used Android tablets as teach pendant for the robotic arms, and the software was built using Android Studio with Java being the main language (Kotlin is the standard nowadays just in case you are wondering).
